Similar to the moon, our bodies break down and heal in phases. Change is created by small, consistent actions. Investing in regular bodywork can facilitate positive changes in the body.
Clinical Massage focuses on functional outcomes such as: releasing muscular tension, somatic work (nervous system regulation), pain relief, injury prevention and recovery, improving mobility and posture, enhancing athletic performance, post-op healing, helping alleviate anxiety, preventing the natural breakdown of the body as we age, and restoring balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Every massage session is unique as each individual. Every body has different needs and massage therapy should never be a "one size fits all" approach.
